With over 25 years of experience in the Land Development and Real Estate industry right here in Southern California, I have unique insight into the local market as well as in-depth knowledge of the various neighborhoods and communities. I have several years of experience working at a well-respected South Orange County Civil Engineering firm as a Design Engineer. I have helped to design and engineer many neighborhoods in the cities of Laguna Niguel, Mission Viejo, Ladera Ranch, Aliso Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine and most of the other surrounding cities.

I have also owned and operated my own graphic design firm and am an award-winning artist!
